I have been a realtor for 34 years and have enjoyed every minute. I love to work with buyers and sellers that need my assistance. It gives me great pleasure to know I have listened to my clients needs and got them the results I promised.
I had a couple who were moving to Houston from New Jersey that contacted me on the internet. She was 8 months pregnant when she arrived to look at homes. We were not able to find the home she wanted while she was here. She had to return to deliver their baby. Time had run out! She told me to please keep looking with her husband. She felt I knew exactly what she was looking for. Her husband and I continued to look for houses. We found one I thought she would like. I sent her pictures of the home by internet. She told her husband if he liked it and I thought it was what she would like to go ahead and purchase. We did and after delivery she moved into her new home in Houston without ever seeing it. I called a few days after her arrival to see if she liked her new home. She absolutely loved it. I knew she would, I had listened to what was important to her.
