It all began back in May 1989, when I embarked on my journey as a leasing agent in Galveston, aiming to support my college education. Rapidly ascending the ranks, by the age of 21, I found myself managing a small community on the south side of Houston. It was in this role that I discovered my true calling. The fulfillment of assisting individuals in finding their place to call home resonated deeply with me, and it became evident that real estate was more than just a jobit was my career path. In 1997, I obtained my real estate license and transitioned into selling homes with Etheredge Real Estate in Texas City. I grew up in the once small town of Katy, Texas when the land was abundant and the rice farms were the scenery. I have worked in Houston, in the downtown area, as a Legal Assistant for 25 years and lived in Santa Fe for 28 years. I have watched Santa Fe grow and change as Houston continues to move this way. Where there once were large ranches surrounding the area, ranchette and residential subdivisions now encompass the City of Santa Fe. I am familiar with the Santa Fe, Alvin, Hitchcock and Manvel areas in Galveston County; Katy, Sugar Land, Stafford and Richmond areas in Fort Bend County, and Brazoria, Angleton, and Lake Jackson in Brazoria County as well as rural areas in these counties.
